What’s new
The Access Definitiv 3.22 release introduces a number of enhancements to the rostering area of the product. These enhancements have been introduced to add additional functionality and features for all users.
Rostering
When viewing rosters in Day View, shifts are now displayed in a logical, time-based order that follows how your workday actually flows and provides a more intuitive understanding of your workforce coverage throughout the day. See Enhanced Shift Ordering in Day View.
When viewing rosters in Calendar View, Shifts will be ordered by Shift Type making it easier to view and work with shifts of the same type. See Roster Shift ordering by Type in Calendar View.
The Worked Hours display in the shift cell has been capped to 2 decimal places.
What’s new - Access Evo
This enhancement has been introduced to support an integrated Definitiv Access Evo experience.
New Employee Level Feed notifying employees when their additions or deductions are updated in Definitiv. Note this is implemented for Employee Level only at this stage. See Employee Additions and Deductions Update Feed in Definitiv Evo.
