March 2026 v3.26
Starting in March release v3.26, administrators on Evo-enabled Definitiv instances should now manage user details, including names and email addresses through the Members section of their Evo Organisation, rather than through the Definitiv User Listing screen. Changes made in Evo will automatically propagate through to Definitiv.
Administrators will need either an Admin organisation role in Evo, or a Custom Evo role with permission to edit user details.
Note: When updating a user's email address, their active session will eventually be terminated, and a confirmation email will be sent to the new address to finalise the change. Access Identity MFA settings do not carry over to a new email account and must be configured again.
April 2026 v3.27
From this release v3.27, the Definitiv User Listing screen and user management via Workbook Import are restricted for Evo-enabled instances. User management is now performed through the Evo Organisation Members Management section. This continues the transition introduced in 3.26, where name and email address updates moved to Evo.
