Why some team members might not appear in Evo

Team members are not showing up in Evo

Not all users may appear in Evo immediately, and that’s typically because they haven’t completed the migration process.

To rectify this situation, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the Workspace migration status in Definitiv and look for users who haven’t signed up to Evo yet.

  2. Until they accept the invitation and complete their registration, they won’t appear in the Members section.

  3. If the user is still not receiving the invite, check and confirm the correct email address is being used, also ask the user to check Spam/Junk

  4. To fix this, those users will need to be re-invited to join Evo.

  5. Once they’ve signed up, they’ll show up in the Members list, and you’ll be able to manage their permissions and access as needed.

Important: The status will update to "Migrated" once the user has registered and signed up to Evo. Sending the invite will not change the status.
