Note: This article applies only if you are not using your company's single sign-on solution.
Prior to Access Definitiv with Access Evo, your administrator reset your password for you. With Evo, you manage your own password through Access Identity, giving you more control and security.
Change your password
You can change your password from within Definitiv or through Access Evo.
To change your password within Definitiv Evo:
Log into Definitiv Evo.
Click on your profile menu. That is, your name in the top-right corner.
Select Change Password.
You'll be redirected to Access Identity.
Follow the prompts to change your password.
To change your password through Access Evo:
Log into Definitiv Evo.
Click the Access Button, then Products and then Access Evo.
Click on your profile menu. That is, your name in the top-right corner.
Select My Account.
Select Change password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password, which must meet the stated security requirements.
Confirm your new password.
Click Change password.
Forgot your password
To use the Forgot Password feature:
Go to the Definitiv Evo login page.
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address.
Select the I’m not a robot checkbox.
Select the Send me the code button.
Check your email for password reset instructions.
Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
Create a new password that meets the security requirements.
