To set up a new starter or user in Evo follow the steps below:
Check Workspace Migration Status
Log in to Definitiv.
Navigate to User Listing and locate the user.
Check the Workspace Migration Status.
If not Migrated, proceed with the steps below:
Verify user email address
Click Edit User Details.
Confirm the email address.
If the correct work email, select the account and resend the user invite.
If the email is a personal email address, update it to the correct work email in Definitiv.
Correct email address in Evo
Log in to Access Evo.
Deactivate the account with the incorrect (personal) email address.
Add the correct work email address for the user.
Send a new user invite to the updated email address.
User registration
The user will receive an invite to register and set up their account in Evo
