Employee information is visible to other employees

Permissions are incorrect on employee profiles.

Employees may sometimes see information belonging to other employees. This usually happens when their assigned roles include incorrect permissions. To check and fix this:

  1. Go to User Listing and review the roles assigned to the employee.

  2. Navigate to User Roles, (Authorisation Roles) select the role and View.

  3. Review each line and adjust accordingly by moving the toggle.
