Navigate the Help Centre

The Digital Assistant and Help Centre can now be accessed in Access Definitiv.

  1. Launch the Digital Assistant by clicking the Help button on the top right of the Definitiv screen.

2. This will open the Digital Assistant Home screen, where you can ask the Digital Assistant a question if you're an active named customer contact. If you're not a named contact, you can still visit the Help Centre, see step 3.

The Digital Assistant also provides details on the latest software release or current Definitiv news. Read how to maximise your use of the Digital Assistant for more information.

3. To read Help Centre articles in the Digital Assistant, you can Search for Help, click the Help icon at the bottom of the Digital Assistant home screen or click the link at the bottom of the expanded article view when you ask the Digital Assistant a question.

Find the answer to your question in the Help Centre

Search for articles...

  1. The quickest way to find what you're looking for when you're in the Help Centre is to enter your question in the Search for articles field. Articles that match your keywords will appear.

2. Alternatively, on the home screen, you can click the topic tile that best matches your question. Curated Collections articles will appear for each topic selected. When you find what you're looking for, you can click the article to review. To return to the start, click the path section you would like to go back to, or All Collections to return to the home page.

3. On the right-hand side of the article, click the article section you want to know more about.

  • Log in to raise a case online.
