Send the user invite as it was not received

Employees need to be sent a link to Definitiv to be able to access their personal information and be able to use the Definitiv App.

If an employee advises that they haven’t received their invite to Definitiv, these are the following items to look at.

  • You can only send the link once the employee has reached their hire date - if this is a future date, you will need to wait until the day of their hire before you can send a link.

  • You cannot send a terminated employee a link as they are not current. You will need to assign them a password and manually send it to them.
