Introduction
To better protect an employee’s personal information, the View basic Employee Details and Contact details permission has been changed to View Basic Employee Details with the scope of it reduced. This update and new granular permissions were added from the Definitiv version 3.13.

The Team Listing screen is available under the Employees/My Team top menu tab.
What can be viewed on this screen has been changed based on what permissions a user has to view on an employee’s master record. If data in one or more of the columns is not visible, it is possible that your organisation has turned the applicable permissions off so that this data is removed from view.
View of the Team Listing with All Permissions
To see the Team Listing screen, you need to have the View Basic Employee Details at one of the following levels;
Global
Line Manager (with employees below their position in Teams)
Project Manager (with employees assigned to the project)
Project Clerk (with employees assigned to the project)
If a user has all the relevant View permissions, then they will be able to see data in all the fields below in the Team Listing screen;
Employee Number
First Name
Surname
Employment Status
Date of Birth
Age
Gender
Hire Date
Termination Date (if an employee is terminated)
View with “View Basic Employee Details” Only
If you only have the View Basic Employee Details permission, you will only be able to see data in the following fields;
Employee Number
First Name
Surname
Employment Status
Termination Date (if an employee is terminated)
Permissions required to see the Data in the Other Columns
Date of Birth and Age Columns
The “View Employee Date of Birth” permission is required to see this data.
Gender Column
The “View Employee Gender” permission is required to see this data.
Hire Date Column
The “View Employee Employment Record” permission is required to see this data.
Note: The Termination Date is shown with the View Basic Employee Details permission, as this is currently the only way to see that an employee within the Team Listing is terminated.
