How to send invites to Evo from Definitiv

Some employees are not appearing in Evo

If you are not seeing your employees in Evo, it may be that they have not received the invite. To resend an invite to 1 employee or multiple employees, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the user drop-down menu located in the right-hand corner and select User Listing.

  2. Search for the employee's name in the search bar. Or multiple employees if a bulk resend is needed.

  3. Select the checkbox next to their name.

  4. Click Resend User Invite.

Note: The employee status will not change to "Migrated" until they activate the invite and register.

IMPORTANT: The invite link expires in 24 hours, so ensure your employee completes the process promptly.
