If this error message appears after you complete the Super Batch, it is due to the super fund ABN/USI being regulated and correct at the time of entry but the ABN/USI of the super fund has now changed.
You will need to contact the super fund and/or your employee to obtain the new ABN/USI details.
Once you have the correct information complete the following steps in Access Definitiv.
Navigate to the employee record.
Select Change on the super fund that displayed the error.
Update the super fund with the correct details. This will override the previous information.
Click Save.
Delete the draft super batch.
Re-open the draft super batch again and the error will now be removed.
