To change an employee from Casual to Full Time, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the employee's profile, Roles, Edit.
Add a Cease Date to the employee's previous Role and Save.
Assign a New Role to the employee, add a Commencement Date, and the Cease date should be left open.
In the drop-down list, select the correct Employment Status and select the appropriate Award Policy and Pay Policy when the employee works this Role.
Select Make Primary.
Select the correct Role for the employee from the drop-down list.
Click Save.
Note: Ensure the employee's work schedule and leave policies are updated.
