Delete an employee

Can an employee be removed from the system?

  1. Go to Admin, Miscellaneous, Data Import/Export.

  2. Select the Employee Data tab.

  3. Click on the Employee Import - Instructions and review.

  4. After reviewing the instructions, click on the Employee Import - Export as Excel.

  5. You will then be able to use the Delete function under the Action column.

Note: If the employee has been referenced in a payrun the employee profile cannot be deleted. A termination date can be added to the employee profile.
