Evo: Error: Access denied: Your account does not have permission to access this application

User has not been given product role permission in Access Evo.

To resolve the access denied, follow the steps below:

Admin User Setup in Access Evo (Bulk to everyone)

  1. In Access Evo, go to Members.

  2. Click Select all (next to the filter).

  3. Add (bottom right).

  4. Select Assign product role, choose each product one by one.

  5. Assign the correct role:

  • No Access - No access to the system product.

  • Administrator - Has access to manage user Accounts.

  • User - No access to the other user accounts or any details.

  • Click Assign, Apply, Confirm.

  • Once done clear the filters.

Note: this will need to be done for all products

Admin User Setup in Access Evo (each individual)

  1. In Access Evo, go to Members.

  2. Go to the user's name and click on the 3 dots next to his/her name.

  3. Click on 'Manage Roles'.

  4. Proceed to give user access to all the products, including Definitiv.

  5. Click on Save Changes:
