Delete a duplicated user in the User Listing with SSO setup

Updated over 3 months ago

The SSO cannot unlink the account, as this is what determines the SSO link. If you need to unlink the duplicated account in the user listing, you will need to temporarily turn off the SSO.

To do this, complete the following:

  1. Go to Admin, Miscellaneous, SSO, Enable Off if the user/s account is locked.

  2. Navigate to Menu, User Listing, Employee.

  3. Select Unlock Account. This will take around 15 minutes to unlock.

  4. Refresh the screen and click on the employee, then select Resend User Invite.

  5. This will unlock the account and give you access to create new login details in Access Definitiv.

Note: If the user has been duplicated, we cannot delete the user account that has been duplicated or one that is not in use.
