Adding an external email address to SSO

Adding a new email address to SSO, that isn't the company email address.

If you have an employee or board member who doesn't have the Company email address, follow the steps below to enable a different email address for accessing Definitiv using SSO.

  1. Go to Miscellaneous, SSO Config.

  2. Scroll down to the last drop-down Include the following email masks.

  3. In the box underneath, put in the required email address, Save

  4. You will now need to resend the user invite to the person needing access.
