Fixed an issue where a retrospective leave application older than one month could be approved even when doing so would result in a negative accrual balance, in organisations where the Block Negative Accrual Balances setting is enabled. The accrual balance is now checked against the balance as of the last processed pay period, and approval will be correctly prevented where the balance would be exceeded.

Fixed an issue where the pay run Excel export could include line items for an employee who was not part of the pay run, causing the export totals for gross pay, tax, net pay, and superannuation to not reconcile with the pay run summary. The export now correctly reflects only the employees included in the pay run, and totals will match the summary as expected.
