Hotfix Updates
We've been working on some updates that will be available in version 3.29.11.
Resolved an issue where Qualifying Earnings (QE) was not being capped at the Maximum Superannuation Contribution Base ($270,830 for FY2026-27) when MSCB capping was disabled for an organisation. Per ATO advice, QE must always be capped at the MSCB regardless of whether super contribution capping is enabled.
Fixed an issue where Salary Sacrifice pay items with the "Include in Qualifying Earnings" flag enabled were not appearing in the QE tab within the pay run.
Beam have resolved an issue which was causing a 404 error when a Member Verification Request was sent.
Resolved an issue where, after a superannuation EFT/BPAY batch was refunded and the employee's details were updated, the updated payment reference number was not displayed to the user for the repayment.
Updated the pay run Messages tab MSCB warning to reflect the change from quarterly to annual capping. The message now references the annual period (1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027) rather than a quarterly period.
Resolved an issue where the Verify option on the Access Identity (SSID) registration screen was blocked with an error for organisations whose SSID registration was still in progress or not yet started.
Fixed an issue in the External Transactions Excel import where a false "Work Order does not belong to Project" validation error was returned when multiple projects shared a work order with the same name. Work orders are now resolved using both project and work order name.
Resolved an issue in the External Transactions Excel import where re-uploading a corrected file after a partial import failure created duplicate transactions for rows that had already been saved.
Award rules can now reference specific public holidays by name to apply a different payment rate for that holiday, applicable to awards including MA000038 and MA000020.
