Use this process to include an employee’s termination in a standard pay run.
Process the termination
Select Process termination.
Enter the termination date.
Enter the termination type and reason.
Select Process.
Add termination pay items
Select the pay item from the drop-down list, for example, Annual leave.
Enter the units.
Select Process.
