Launch the Definitiv mobile app on your device.
2: Automatic Redirection for Login
When you access Evo, the app will automatically redirect you to the Access Identity login page: https://identity.access-workspace.com.au
3: Log In Securely
Enter your login credentials on the Access Identity page.
Once authenticated, you’ll be taken back to Evo.
4: Enjoy the Full Experience
After logging in, your experience on mobile will be "the same as on desktop", no limitations.
5: No Need to Log Out Manually
You don’t need to manually log out from your mobile device.
The app or browser will remember the Definitiv URL and automatically redirect you to Access Identity whenever login is needed again.
Important: If still experiencing login issues, you can try:
Log in using an Incognito window in Chrome.
Restarting your computer before attempting to log in again.
