Background
Standardised documents can be saved in an Onboarding template to streamline the administration of onboarding a new starter. These documents are automatically brought through when this template is used to configure an employee onboarding.

For example, you may share company-wide policies or legislative required documents such as the Fair Work Statement and those applicable to specific groups of employees, the Casual Employment Information Statement, and the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement.

Over time, these documents may be updated, and you will need to tweak your Onboarding templates with the current version.
How to Update Documents
If there has been a change to a document that is saved in an Onboarding template, it can be updated via the following steps;
Navigate to Onboarding (My Team/Employees > Onboarding).
Near the top right-hand of the Onboarding dashboard, go through to Settings.
Under the Templates section, click the Edit button for the template that needs to be updated.
Click the Edit button again for the specific document to be updated.
In the pop-up window, Remove Attachment to remove the outdated version of the document
Download Attachment first if you want to keep a copy of the old version for recordkeeping purposes.
Click the Upload Attachment button and import the current version of the document.
Click Save Changes.
Once all applicable updates have been made, click the Save button in the top right-hand corner to finalise the changes to the template.
Important Information
These changes to a template will only apply to future onboarding. It will not update a document for an employee onboarding that is already in circulation.
