The Announcement tab in Access Definitiv sends important information to employees within your organisation.
To open the Announcement tab, navigate to Admin, Announcement, and Add New Announcement.
Within the Announcements, select the following:
Set commencement and cease dates.
You can attach a Document, or you can just write an Announcement.
Select if you would like the employee to respond or only view.
Select whether it should be sent to All Employees or Select Employees only.
Important Information:
The checkbox field Also Notify Select Employees means the employees will get an email copy of the announcement, including any attachments, and a push notification via the Definitiv Application.
If the Document Type is a Word Document, it will save only the signature under the employee's profile.
If the Document Type is a PDF, it will save the attached document and the signature under the employee's profile.
