If you have logged a case via the Digital Assistant in Access Definitiv, you'll receive an email letting you know your case has been received by the Support team. The email includes the Case Number to track your query in the Customer Success Portal.
In the Case Details section of the email, you might see an Intercom link. You can ignore this link; you do not need an Intercom account.
