Once super batches are closed and moved to a 'Not Lodged' status, you will no longer be able to amend or delete the batch. Access Definitiv considers amounts owed in a closed super batch as processed, so when you try to create a new super batch with the same period end date, it will not have the same data.
To delete a super batch that has not been approved, you must first close it. Once closed, reopen the batch and you will be able to delete it.
To reopen a closed Super batch and bring it back to Draft, please create a case online.
