July 2026 - Access Definitiv v3.29.13 (Hotfix)

The updates below will be available in Access Definitiv from 16 July 2026 (SaaS) and 17 July 2026 (Outsourcing).

Hotfix Updates

We've been working on some updates that will be available in version 3.29.13.

Qualifying Earnings

Exempt Employee from Qualifying Earnings

A new option is now available on the Employee Superannuation screen to exclude an individual employee from Qualifying Earnings reporting. When this option is enabled, the employee will report $0 Qualifying Earnings regardless of their pay item setup. This option is not date-driven, and if unchecked, the YTD QE will be sent in the next submission.

Payday Super - Payrun Message Improvements

We've reviewed and updated several payrun messages introduced as part of the Payday Super feature to better reflect real-life processing and situations.

  • The QE Super Mismatch message has been downgraded from an error to a warning, reducing unnecessary friction where a mismatch is expected or acceptable.

  • The overtime included in qualifying earnings error message has been removed, as there are valid scenarios where overtime is reported in qualifying earnings (e.g. crib break).

  • The termination classification qualifying earnings error message has been removed as it is no longer applicable.

  • The "Qualifying Earnings Capped" message now appears any time qualifying earnings are capped, not only when the Maximum Super Contribution Base (MSCB) setting is enabled.
