Remove an allowance from an employee profile

Use this process to remove an allowance from an employee’s profile.

Remove the allowance

Follow the steps below to update the employee record.

  1. Open the Definitiv system and sign in.

  2. Select Employees, use the Search field to find the employee that needs to be updated.

  3. Select Custom fields.

  4. Under the allowance, select the ... ellipsis buttons, then select Add new.

  5. Enter the effective date and select Save.

  6. Refresh the system. The allowance field will update to No specified.
