The reason the Ordinary Hours are not calculated in the payrun is because, as per the rule set under the Time & Attendance Setting, the employee is required to submit timesheets for his/her hours to pull through into the payrun.
Please navigate to Time & Attendance Settings under Organisation Settings to verify the current configuration rules set for employees.
You can either change the rule so that the employee is not required to submit timesheets, OR you can advise the employee to start submitting timesheets, and the system will calculate his/her pay correctly.
