The user session times out after 15 minutes if no movement on the screen is detected. You cannot increase the timeout due to inactivity in Access Definitiv. The timeout is in place to protect the integrity of your data and is compliant with the ATO Security Framework.
The mobile application will log users out after 60 days. Users will then be required to re-enter their login details.
If an employee has removed or deleted the app, updated the app, or cleared history, users can immediately re-enter their login details to gain access.
