The updates listed below are available in the Access Definitiv iOS Timeclock app version 2.42 from Mar 24, 2025.
TimeClock devices can now be configured to restrict employees to a single assigned project, automatically assigning the project on clock-in and validating employee authorisation. Administrators can configure this restriction via Device Provisioning settings.
The app now supports offline clock-in and clock-out, with entries queued locally and synced when connectivity is restored.
Improved handling when an employee attempts to clock into a ceased project.
Employees can now flag and submit timesheet exceptions directly from the TimeClock device.
