Resolved the recently introduced issue of the 2FA reset email links immediately failing upon clicking with a "This Two Factor Authentication (2FA) reset link is not recognised" error.

Improved the loading of Projects where the Data Import page would fail to load or time out for organisations with a large number of ceased projects.
