Resolved memory leak and database connection pooling issues: Fixed an issue where the Position lookup was not correctly disposing of database contexts, which was causing memory leaks and database connection pooling issues that could impact system performance.

Fixed accrual projections calculation accuracy: Resolved an issue where accrual projections were leaving stale data when an employee's projection range changed (e.g., when switching from full-time to casual or when work schedule ceased before the two-year projection period). Projections now correctly update and remove outdated data to ensure accurate leave balance calculations.
