Multiple pending tax declarations applicable for this pay period

This warning appears when an employee has submitted multiple tax declarations for the same pay period, such as after a rehire or onboarding. Definitiv will lodge only the most recent declaration with the ATO under STP Phase 2 rules, and older ones are ignored automatically. It’s informational and does not block processing, publishing, or lodging. There’s no issue as long as the latest declaration is correct, since the ATO accepts the most recent version. Warnings cannot be removed manually and will disappear in future pay runs once only one active declaration remains.
