There is a check box that needs to be selected so that the system will calculate 8% on termination for annual leave for New Zealand databases.
Navigate to Admin, Configuration, Accrual types, Annual leave.
Select the check box for 8% on termination.
From now on, the system will make a calculation when a termination is being processed.
